Haiss Fabripart
14771 Oyster Road, Alliance, OH 44601
Completed in 2020, the Haiss Fabripart project included the design and construction of a 70,994-square-foot manufacturing and office facility. This facility included a 60,000-PEMB manufacturing area with a 2,460 lean-to open sided scrap dumpster canopy area, and a 8,534-square-foot conventionally framed office area. The project includes sitework to include a new access drive, a parking lot, loading docks, a vehicle maneuvering area and site utilities like natural gas service, electrical service, domestic water service, storm sewer and sanitary sewer.
