Our goal as a General Contractor (GC) is to minimize cost and schedule to maximize value to each of our customers.

A general contractor is responsible for providing all of the management, material, labor, equipment and services necessary for the construction of a project.

At Campbell Construction this is the heart of what we have been doing since 1953. We take this a few steps further by being a Self-Performing Design-Build General Contractor.  We self-perform utility installation, excavation, masonry, concrete, steel erection, carpentry, siding and roofing. We feel the practice of self-performing trade work leads to a more consistent level of quality and shorter project schedules. 

When we do subcontract, we have strong relationships with some of the most respected subcontractors in the region and seamlessly incorporate their services into our projects.
