What good is providing quality construction if your work sites are not a safe place for workers and project owners?
That’s why at Campbell Construction Inc., we take safety concerns seriously. But we don’t just talk the talk, we take the proper steps to lead the way for other commercial general contractors.
Campbell Construction provides OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) training for all field employees (10 hours) and all field management staff (30 hours).
Our employees also attend weekly Tool Box Talks, undergo CPR and First Aid Training, Safety Committee meetings, and Quarterly Safety Training all in order to provide our team with the right tools for them to work safe and smart on the job.
There’s also the role of a full-time Safety Coordinator employed at Campbell Construction, whose sole duties are managing the day-to-day safety of all field operations. The Safety Coordinator enforces our written safety policies, performs safety audits, provides employee training, and much more.
We are an active participant of our local Safety Council and Campbell Construction is a Group Rated Ohio BWC (Bureau of Workers’ Compensation) Contractor.
Our greatest asset is our team of employees and we are focused on providing them with the safest work environment possible for them and our clients.
